Perfect for solo traveller or couples, be it for work or relaxing; it features a comfortable double bed, t.v, full kitchen facilities, walk in shower with skylight, Wi-Fi, and direct access to your private planted terrace with lovely views across town; and you may even get a friendly hello from the owner’s dog through the bushes. Use the garden or explore our natural wildflower meadows with ponds and even a labyrinth. There are friendly pubs in nearby villages. We live above this self-contained flat with our lab Kit.

Close to Newbury, 1 hour to Oxford, Windsor, Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge. London 1 hour by train from Newbury Station 15 minutes away. There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.

An ideal location for exploring Berkshire, Hampshire, Wilshire and Oxfordshire and within easy access to the M4 and Hungerford station which gives access to London Paddington.

If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.
