Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km out of Marlo township.

A 3 minute walk until you are on the famous 90 Mile Beach and less than a minute to a picturesque lookout overlooking the beach. 700 meters from the Waterwheel Tavern with spectacular views. Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet and EV 15A charger. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Pet friendly cosy and warm rustic cottage on the water at Eagle Point. Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage is on Lake King of Gippsland Lakes. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. On windy days watch kite surfers out the front. The ambience and serenity are wonderful. Electric vehicle? We are happy to have it plugged in while you are here
