This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. We have been visiting Cotton Tree for 35 years and we believe it is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. We are close to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Our sunny patio, is great for breakfast.

This large 3 bedroom unit on the Mooloolaba Esplanade is a large, modern spacious unit that won't disappoint. Everything is at your fingertips - including beach, shops, surf club, restaurants and wonderful walks. Every room has a beachfront view. For the Triathlon or Iron Man it is the absolute prime location - overlooking the finish line and less than 100m to the start and the cycling leg changeover for Tri. For family and spectators you have front row seats from the balcony. Great spot!

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away.
