Keep it simple at this peaceful cabin in the woods on County Rd 550! Just steps away from the legendary Phil's 550 Store and 3 miles from downtown Marquette. This stunning single bedroom property can sleep up to 4 guests, with 1 queen bed and a memory foam sofa bed in the living space. We have two cabins available for a total of 8 guests, rent them both! Located approximately 20 miles north from Marquette, the cabin is a short drive to Lake Independence and Lake Superior. In the winter, take advantage of the close proximity to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. In the summer, enjoy hiking and access to some of the best beaches in the UP. Spend quiet nights gazing at the starry sky, and wake up early to catch the superior sunrise.

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Sleeps 6 (Larger groups may be possible), full bath, full kitchen.....decorated for a whimsical vacationer. Ample outdoor space, in a quiet private setting. Please note, that during all of July and August, we only accept Weekly Bookings....Sunday through Sunday.

This is a small log cabin located approximately 10 miles from downtown Marquette in a quiet neighborhood. Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
