Facing the Atlas, this splendid guest house is located just minutes from the city center of Marrakech, on the road to Ouarzazate and near the main golf courses (Royal, Amelkis) heart of a park of one hectare, planted with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, roses and other flowers. Domaine Des Délices has 6 spacious suites and a family suite (2 beautiful rooms). Each suite, located in the Riad or the villa of the Domain, is made in the greatest respect of the Moroccan decoration (tadelakt, cedar and walnut wood, copper, bejmat natural, carpet ...) and with all the modern comfort . 6 suites: Suite Aubergine, Suite Cannelle, Suite Jacaranda, Suite Pistache, Suite Safran and Suite Terre d'Ocre. 1 family suite: 2 beautiful rooms Composition of a suite: Living room with fireplace - Office - Dressing room- King size bed (180x200) - Bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes, hair dryer and welcome products) - Television with LCD screen - Mini bar - Safe - Air conditioning. The price is fixed according to the number of people (maximum 16). The rate includes breakfast and a snack on arrival. The city tax (2.50 € / pers / night) is not included in the price. At the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains, this magnificent guest house and its Riad call for relaxation and well-being in a setting that inspires the conviviality and hospitality of Moroccan culture. For your sports or relaxation stays, the Domaine des Délices puts at your disposal a large swimming pool, a tennis court (rackets and balls available), petanque, table tennis, table football ..., gym, massage room and steam room. The Domain also offers excursions: On a basis of 8 people all inclusive (vehicle + driver) by the day: Some examples : * The Ourika valley (waterfalls, Berber houses, botanical garden, saffron ...): 96 € (meal not included) or 12 € / pers * The valley of Asni - Imlil Valley: 120 € (meal not included) or 15 € / pers * Visit of the city of Marrakech (medina, museum, gardens, shopping ...): - the half-day: 60 € or 7.5 € / pers - the day: 80 € or 10 € / pers Transfer Airport-Domain A / R: 40 € (for 8 pers maximum) or 5 € / pers. This guest house also offers you to taste the flavors of a generous, modern and traditional cuisine, made with fresh produce from the market, its vegetable garden and orchard. Villa de Luxe de 550 m2 récemment construite, elle se situe dans une résidence privée gardée jour et nuit: Samanah. Vous aurez à vôtre disposition un parcours de Golf, un terrain de tennis (en Janvier 2026, le terrain de tennis est en rénovation) une piscine privée, ainsi qu'un grand jardin. Une femme de ménage sera également présente chaque jour. Vous pouvez avoir les services d'une cuisinière ou d'un chauffeur privé moyennant un supplément. La villa dispose aussi d'un Hammam.

Petit-déjeuner inclus dans l’offre. Il s'agit de notre maison secondaire qui se trouve dans la médina de Marrakech et que nous mettons en location quand nous sommes en France. En réservant la maison via cette annonce, vous louez la maison en exclusivité, mais notre employée de maison, très discrète, sera présente au Dar pour préparer et servir les petits-déjeuners entre 08:00et 10:00 (inclus dans la prestation) et pour le nettoyage de la maison.
