Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

Relax in the Country This charming 1800's sparkling clean 1500 sq. ft. log cabin is fully restored and renovated with modern amenities ,wi-fi , smart tv, full refrigerator, oven, microwave,Keurig & pot coffee maker, dishes, washer/dryer. 2 queen beds are available, one is in the loft ,the other in private room. The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. The large living room includes leather sofas, fireplace gas logs, Dish network TV, and WIFI. The modern kitchen offers gas range, micro wave, refrigerator, DW and Keurig coffeemaker (pods and ground coffee included).

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. Large 2 bed/2 bath Farmhouse

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Recently remodeled Farmhouse on a working goat farm. The rental does not include access to the Barn or farm land. Visiting Lynchburg? This is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy quiet country living. The property is tucked into a secluded country hollow and does not have any visible neighbors.
