Explore trails or stroll to Marshall's vibrant restaurants and shops. Adventure with tubing on the French Broad River. Evenings are for s'mores by the fire pit, grilling on the deck, and soaking in serenity. Less than 30 mins from Asheville, Hot Springs, and Weaverville, it's perfect for a peaceful retreat or an active getaway.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. The new hot tub is not yet photographed.

The Ogle Place

The Ogle Place is a beautiful modern cozy cottage with a queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, dining/work space, kitchenette, coffee bar, laundry room, tv, fast wifi, covered carport for parking and self check in. It is conveniently located 1.5 mi. from downtown Marshall and the French Broad River with it's cafes, restaurants, live music, shops, art galleries, walk trails and breweries. It is a short drive of 8 mi. to Mars Hill, 17 mi. to Hot Springs and 19 mi. to Asheville.
