This charming tiny home is set amongst the trees with a view of the Snohomish Valley and the beautiful Cascade Mountains. It features a fully stocked kitchen, eating nook, cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is located less than 15 minutes from charming Downtown Snohomish and Boeing and within 30 minutes of Seattle. With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. We are located near Mill Creek Town Center and Alderwood Mall with many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, Martha Lake park with public fishing and swimming, and I-5 and I-405, with easy access to Seattle, Paine Field, Edmonds and Mukilteo ferries, Woodinville wine country, Snohomish wedding venues, and Bothell-Everett Highway. All are welcome, for both short and long-term stays.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Just 13 miles north of downtown Seattle with good public transportation options within walking distance. Great home base to explore the entire Puget Sound region

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
