The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

My spacious and quiet garden flat at the centre of the village is close to the bars and restaurants and is the perfect base to enjoy Woodhall. A fully equipped kitchen ideal for self catering or restaurants just 2 minutes away. Two bedrooms one with a superking bed or an option for a twin layout has an ensuite. The second bedroom is a double with a family bathroom. On site parking, secure bike store, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.
