We are walking distance to local restaurants, shops, museums, concerts and trails! Sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors from one of the three decks or around the fire pit! Come and visit Florida's Nature Coast! We are near to Weeki Wachee River! Crystal River to visit the manatees and many other springs! Bike from here right to Withlacoochee State Trail!

There is an expansive back patio area to entertain family & friends that includes an outdoor kitchen, a gas grill for sunset cookouts, & plenty of dining & lounging areas. The private backyard is completely fenced in and showcases a fun fire pit area. Many say it feels like home. Book this place!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.
