1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). The Old Masham Library - Grade 2 listed

The Grade 2 listed Old Library, Masham sits on the corner of the principle approach in to the Market Square from Swinton. Built in 1856 it originally served as the Mechanic Institute of then Mashamshire. It was designed by the respected William Perkin of Perkin and Backhouse of Leeds in Victorian Italianate style. In 2017-18 its internal was redesigned and fully refurbished by Langton Holdings Ltd. On the side of the building is 7kw EV charging by podpoint so be sure to download the app!

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

Market view looks over the ancient and attractive market square with its old buildings and areas of interest. It is central for hotels, shops and scenic walks. You’ll love Market view because it is spacious, well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. There are a combination of small shops, offering art, clothing, and souvenirs. There is a great selection of hotels, pubs and tearooms. There is an excellent range of local food shops. Many scenic walks are on the doorstep. Babies welcome.

Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

An ideal place to stay for families, couples or individuals who enjoy the fresh country air. On street parking is available at the front of the property. No smoking & no pets allowed.
