House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. The house is situated near centre of the village Maslinica, 5min walk from the sea. Supermarket is 100m from the property. Whole house to use, including beautiful private teracce with fireplace, outdoor shower and amenities for cooking and eating outdoor. The house has one floor; one double bed room, kitchen and toilet. In the dining area there is a couch that can be turned into double bed.
