1 Bedroom unit; Completely Redone Winter of 2017. Originally a classic 1950's beachfront motel. Well furnished with new luxury queen bed, new sheets, two new 40 inch HD flat screen TV's, great WiFi, new fridge, new microwave, Sleeper sofa in living room, small 1950's bathrooms with clean small walk in showers, new toilets and new sinks. Guest controlled heat/air conditioning, new paint, and new flooring. Great location across Lakeshore Dr. from the award winning Ludington City Stearns Beach, North Breakwall, and Lighthouse. Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, galleries, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

The home is private, not directly on lake (<1000 ft directly in front of the home). Shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks/rowboat (no dock, shared area). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! Rec. 4WD in winter. NOTE: We do have a ring camera on parking area.

The cottage is fully furnished with a gas stove, refrigerator, shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Peace and nature abound at this cute little cozy cottage nestled in the woods - very near Pentwater and Ludington. Set up as a duplex. Guests have their own private entrance and 100% privacy of one side of home + front and side yard. Owners sometimes occupy other side of home + backyard. There are no shared entries or spaces. Come let the stress melt away in this very peaceful, clean and cozy cottage. Bass Lake access is just a short walk down the road.
