Surrounded by 100 year old oaks & scenic wildlife, Salt Creek Retreat is a well appointed getaway. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. The ultimate get away with beautiful sunsets, coastal wildlife, and star filled nights. Lighted dock with green light allows fishing right out the back door at high tide. (Redfish/black drum/flounder - see pics). This modern space (2400 sq ft) boasts of 5 TVs, 3 bathrooms, game room with ping pong, electric fireplace, parking for 3 vehicles, and a FULLY stocked kitchen. Palacios, "a city by the sea" is a small, hidden fishing town with ample charm! Public fishing piers/boat ramps ice the cake.

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Blue Palm Beach House - No Storm Damage

Life is good at the Blue Palm on the beach! Located on Beachfront Drive, with the dunes and the surf as your backyard, this home is the best place to enjoy Matagorda Beach! The home has two bedrooms - each with a king, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, path to the beach, double deck with hot tub...and the best views! NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Entrance to the home is upstairs. Elevator is not available to guests. Children must be accompanied on the deck, stairs and around the hot tub.

The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.

El Arroyo - Relaxing Caney Creek Views
