Cottage has 1 bedroom, queen bed, separate bathroom, walk in wardrobe, kitchen/dining/lounge area, private deck overlooking farmland. Daily bathroom cleaning and towel service provided. Hobbiton 15 minute drive, town 4 minute drive. We are nearby if you need anything.

Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. A peaceful getaway - not completely shunned from society but, just enough to de-stress and relax. Feeling keen enough to brave the night? Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Awanui Cottage

Welcome to our self contained Cottage. We offer a studio room located in a Rural setting on a Thoroughbred horse farm with views of the Kaimai Range. Being approximately 5mins drive from Matamata gives you the best of being in the Country and close to a Rural Town offering you excellent Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. We are also about 15mins drive from the film location of Hobbiton. With great views of the Kaimai Ranges you are also 30-40mins drive from Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.

Hillside Cottage

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.

Enjoy the toast, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, fruit and milk provided for breakfast on the first morning of your stay as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use.

A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. Taupo, Rotorua, and both coasts all an easy day trip. We include tea, coffee and milk along with homemade muffins, but don't supply breakfast. The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata

Rolling Views Vintage Retreat, a rustic old style accommodation, is an 8-minute drive from Hobbiton and Matamata. This relaxing setting has amazing rural views,, sheep, ducks, birds, fish and turtles. A full breakfast with fruit is provided. Have a romantic evening under the stars in an outdoor Spa Pool at extra cost of $10/person for one time use or $15/person for unlimited use.
