After a 3 year hiatus we're back with an updated & refurbished guest suite! Located in the sunny Western Bay of Plenty with beautiful bush walks, cycle trails, native bird life, pristine beaches, just 15 mins from Waihi Beach & 45 mins to Tauranga. With stunning views (any time of year) & close-by access down to the water, you can be assured of a restful stay, & in 10-15 mins access shops & eateries. The suite has a separate bedroom & ensuite, lounge with basic kitchenette, private deck & BBQ.

Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.
