Waiotoi - The Bush Hideaway - Tutukaka

Enjoy the tranquil and serene environment of the bush, which provides you with a stay that is guaranteed to refresh you. Waiotoi is perched on a lone ridge, which weaves its way towards the coast. The cabin is surrounded by a thick cloak of Manuka which covers the hillsides, giving you a beautiful view out onto the canopy, and beyond, towards the South Pacific. Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Knights View Retreat - Tutukaka Coast

This unique retreat is surrounded by native bush and offers stunning views of the Poor Knights Islands. Our private guest house includes a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, air fryer, and slow cooker. A tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rails and a large private decking area with BBQ. There is an outdoor shower and drying area for dive gear/wetsuits with plenty of room for those wanting to bring their surfboards or kayaks.

The Little Blue Bach

Cute and cosy 1950s bach situated centrally in the popular seaside village of Ngunguru, just a short 100m stroll to the estuary. The bach is ideally suited for singles, couples and young families. A convenient five minute drive to Tutukaka Harbour, also known as the gateway to the Poor Knights Islands. World class beaches and coastline including renown surf beach Sandy Bay, family-friendly Matapouri and photogenic Whale Bay are all within a 20 minute drive.

Escape to our restful Sandy bay farmstay, only two minutes from the beach by foot! Sandy Bay is known for its great surf, coastal walks, and unspoiled natural beauty. Stay in a cozy cabin on our coastal farm, with ocean breezes and starry nights. Perfect for couples, optional space for 2 children in a seperate caravan, 5yrs+ preferred as we are not fully fenced. Staffa Bay Iconic 70's Treehouse

Perched above Staffa Bay on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, this 1970s Warwick Lee–designed home is a true Kiwi bach — full of character, cosy, and surrounded by native bush with sweeping views over Woolleys Bay. Nestled among nikau palms and birdlife, this peaceful treehouse-style retreat offers direct beach access via a private track (just 25 metres from the house to the sand). The magical Whale Bay Reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Fairytale Treehouse
