Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located town home in the heart of Corpus Christi! We hope you find everything you need to work, relax or adventure around our City by the Sea. This cozy neighborhood offers a pond for fishing or bird watching with lots of ducks. Two bedrooms with comfy king & queen beds and smart TVs in each room. The sofa makes out to a full bed as well. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

For new years 2018 we caught 6 trout, 5 reds, 6 blackdrum all keepers and many other fish that didnt meet the limit. The fishing does not get much better!
