Mojito Island Cottage

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Moon Shell Hideaway

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). Boat to five restaurants. Visit the Matlacha Art Galleries. Fish off the dock. WELCOME!

Bring your boat, use the boat dock, kayak, canoe, bicycles and fishing rods. Jump in the pool after a hot days! Only 9 walking blocks away to restaurants, shops and boat ramp.

Use our 1 person kayak for fun or fishing from our 8'X22' FUN & SUN deck docked in the back canal with picnic table & loungers. Relax, sun, grill and fish.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the end of the canal. It's a short kayak or boat trip to the bay, where there is endless fishing, dolphin watching, and perfect sunsets. The property has new captain's walk with easy access kayak launch, and room for a small boat (16-foot max). Relax on the deck as the peace of the small community sweeps you off your feet. Then take a walk to local dining and shopping.

Are you looking for unique glamping stay in Florida? Cozy Flamingo Tiny house offers just that, a place where you can enjoy bikes and beach accessories, BBQ, free parking, etc. Biking distance to FMB and Sanibel island : 5 miles John Morris Beach ( Bunche Beach ) : 2 miles Flamingo Tiny house DOES HAVE a WI-FI. To Increase the useful space we offer a gazebo with chairs to relax or smoke. Please no smoking inside please!
