You can walk to town in 10 min or ride one of the bikes to the Perfect Cup or have lunch at another Matlacha restaurant. Your family will enjoy fishing off the dock, corn hole, board games, bbq, and Pac-Man.

You love the water... then this is your place to be! The 2-story villa with pool and Gulf access has been completly renovated in 2024! Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool gives a nice refreshment after a day out and about (not heated)

Please be aware that Pine Island is a somewhat remote island without many commercial businesses and no public beaches but there’s more than plenty to do! 5 restaurants within 1 mile by car and many more within 8 miles. Located on a quiet residential street, directly on the water. Car is a must!
