Questo appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico della splendida città di Lucca, tra La Torre Guinigi, simbolo della città, e Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, vera icona della Lucca Romana. Via Fillungo, la strada dello shopping, dista meno di 300 m Questo non è solo un appartamento per turisti: questa è la mia abitazione, ed io ve la metto a disposizione, con la speranza che possiate, anche attraverso essa, amare Lucca almeno quanto la amo io. Gli ospiti avranno a loro disposizione tutta la casa, ma noi abitiamo proprio di fianco, in un'altra abitazione. Se voi avrete bisogno di un aiuto, in qualsiasi momento potrete bussare e probabilmente avrete una risposta alla vostra richiesta. Noi cercheremo sempre di aiutarvi. Sarete voi a decidere, se avrete bisogno saremo a vostra disposizione per cercare di rendere la vostra vacanza una bella esperienza. Se vorrete vi proporremo serate esclusive, ma questo sarà probabilmente una sorpresa ... provate a chiedere! Il quartiere è molto centrale, qui potrete trovare sia attrazioni per i turisti sia negozi e locali utilizzati comunemente dai residenti. Via Fillungo, la strada principale di Lucca è molto vicina e raggiungibile a piedi. Lucca è una città molto facilmente vivibile, il mezzo ideale per spostarsi all'interno di essa è la bicicletta. Se vorrete noi possiamo procurarvele con un modico sovrapprezzo. L'appartamento è dotato di attrezzature standard, potrete comunque richiedere accessori particolari qualora ne abbiate bisogno. Ad esempio possiamo fornire accessori per bambini quali il lettinoo o lo scalda-biberon. Possiamo anche fornire alcuni dvd e giochi per bambini.

The appartment is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan town, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bike, motorcycle or car. The location is the strong point of this elegant apartment between the historic city center and the central railway station (which is 200m away) which is connected every 5 minutes to the airport by electric shuttle (travel time 5 minutes). The recently and finely renovated apartment is at guests' disposal and is composed of a spacious and bright living room with 3 balconies, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with window. Perfect location to visit Pisa and the Tuscany - free wifi.

L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. La casa della Pittrice

La casetta degli ospiti è sul fondo del nostro giardino. Ha un'entrata e una terrazza privata, è completamente autosufficiente. E' circondata da alberi da frutto, olivi, pini e molti fiori. Il luogo è silenzioso, adiacente alla vigna ed al bosco. Si possono fare belle passeggiate. La bellissima città di Lucca dista 3km. Il mio studio d’arte è in giardino, è aperto ai visitatori e siete i benvenuti
