The cabin comes equipped with all the basic amenities you’ll need, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower. You’ll have your own private yard, a lovely fire pit for evening gatherings, and a private dock.

Nestled amongst the trees on our 52 acre farm in beautiful Chisholm township is our Chickadee Pod. Recharge your nature batteries in our off grid pod that comes fully equipped for your basic needs and right on Wasi Lake. Steps away you can enjoy canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Take in the sunsets, walk the trails, nap in the hammock, roast some marshmallows, paint a picture, read a book, listen to the birds, the trees, the wind. Leave connected, peaceful and rejuvenated.

Cozy Creek-Side Cabin

Small cabin in the woods with many seasonal uses. There is over 1000 adjoining acres of mixed forest & fields. Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

Summer at the cabin is idyllic. Enjoy a swim off the dock in the spring fed lake. Picnic outdoors or go for a hike. Take the canoe for a silent paddle and have a small campfire in the pit.Fall is when our region really shines. Cooler weather and vivid leaves are spectacular. Peace and quiet are yours in our tiny cabin perched on the edge of our private lake. The cabin is heated with a propane fireplace if required .Winter activities usually begin in January.

When you step into our newly renovated cozy cabin we hope you feel the nostalgia of an old time rustic cottage but in a clean, new updated way. This cabin is the perfect little place for a romantic getaway or family adventure with everything you need for a relaxing home away from home experience. Located just minutes from Burks Falls and Highway 11 it’s a convenient place to call home while you explore the Almaguin Highlands and North Muskoka.

Lakefront cottage near Huntsville, Muskoka

Waterfront location on a small, quiet lake just 20 minutes north of Huntsville, in the heart of cottage country. This cottage was completely rebuilt in 2018 and features two levels with great views, a large deck, floating dock, and spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and wood finishes. We use a professional company to clean and disinfect our cottage and launder all linens between each of our guest stays.

2 bedroom rustic cottage on Pickerel Lake with sloping shallow entrance into the water. Great for small children. Twenty minutes from the town of Burks Falls . Please be aware of any fire bans, before having a campfire. Please bring lots of bug spray. There is also a public beach for use which is directly across from the Pickerel Lake Lodge. It is maintained by the township.
