Often referred to as a 'home away from home', situated next to our character home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Historic Barn Loft - Private & Spacious

Stay in our sunny beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed and heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a tram, 2 cats, 1 dog & 5 hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount.

River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm.
