Directly across from the mill where "Shoeless" Joe Jackson worked, that at one time helped make Greenville the world's textile capital, there is no better place to soak in the industrial history of this lively neighborhood. The unique shape and position of the lot makes the home feel very private and quiet while still being close to the fun!

Enjoy a long weekend escape, quiet work trip, or pop into town for an event! Kitchenette has oven, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, and all the dishes, pans, utensils you will need! Pack-n-play available, linens, towels, paper products provided. A dedicated walkway with motion activated light leads up to your private entrance in a nice, quiet neighborhood located near the I85-385 intersection. This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home. This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

Historic 19th Century Cabin/Guest House

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
