The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. This apartment is on the Ground Floor for easy access for any differently- abled or elderly guests who aren’t able to climb stairs, two entries are possible- one that has only a few stairs as shown in the pictures and one through the caretaker’s room which would require no stairs i.e., directly from the car park to the apartment. The Folkstone cottage room on the ground floor is your own private space with a seperate entrance ,own bathroom and kitchenette . The room has Twin Beds to accommodate 2 people and an extra diwan bed for lounging. The house is located 3 km from the city centre. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach. i Backroads provide for good walks from this place.
