Plenty of paved parking with all of the conveniences of small town living in a VERY ATV friendly community. Gas, food, Bank, Dollar Stores Stores, Car Wash all within 1 mile. Pocahontas Trail within 3 miles. Pet Friendly with owner approval and a small additional fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a 100.00 fee. Towels & linens provided.

The Falling Rock ATV Lodge

Come enjoy ATV riding on the Hatfield and McCoy trails in Welch WV at this awesome building with 6 queen and 2 twin beds. We welcome everyone. Whether you want to hike, Ride or Hunt there is plenty to see and do In WV. We have a big parking lot to park your trailers. I easily turned around my 16ft trailer. I would not bring anything bigger than a 24fter until I have some things adjusted. We are right next to the Warrior Trails and Pinnacle Trail connector that takes you up to FlagROCK.

The Cottage @ Clinch River Farms

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Private, rustic Cottage located in the mountains of Southwest Virginia overlooking the Clinch River. From hiking the 70 acres with a 5k trail to sitting on the large wrap around porch, basking in the serenity of nature's beautiful creation. It seems as though you are far from civilization, but only 1.5 miles from a Super Walmart and shopping. Enjoy the entire farm with fishing, playgrounds, and campfire areas. A family treasure!

The Bears Den ATV Cottage

Relax with family and friends at our cozy mountain getaway. The Bears Den is located on 5 acres so if peace, quiet, and privacy are what you seek, this is the place for you. We are OPEN YEAR-ROUND for riders of all seasons with hundreds of miles of trails accessible from this location and no need to trailer. The cottage is located less than 1000 feet from Pinnacle Creek trail 25 of the Hatfield McCoy trail system and outlaw trails. We have a fire pit located out back for your enjoyment.

Mountain Memories Trail Lodge

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun located just a couple miles from the Pinnacle Trail Head! We have 1300 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The property also has a attached 1500 square garage for leisure or to work and store your utvs! The property also has ample asphalt parking lot that is easy to navigate with big trailers. You’ll also be conveniently located within a few feet of a Speedway convenient store and Dollar store!

Mountain Momma Hideaway Cabin

Enjoy serenity from the large wraparound porch of this large 3 story log cabin style home in the heart of the mountains of Southern West Virgina. This bright and cheery home, whose yard is often full of deer on the misty mornings, is conveniently located near the Hatfield McCoy ATV trail system as well as Twin Falls state park, and the towns of Beckley and Pineville WV. This cabin will comfortably entertain and sleep up to 15 guests with fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

We have a large garage for your rides and plenty of trailer parking.
