La Mercerie 4 bedroom gîte with own swimming pool

La Mercerie is a secluded, beautifully restored c1800 farmhouse surrounded by fields located in south-west Normandie on the border of Pays de Loire and Brittany. The large idyllic garden, the heated swimming pool, the games barn, make La Mercerie the perfect place to spend quality time with loved ones. The countryside consists of gently rolling hills, pretty apple and pear orchards producing cider and calvados. You will come across Normandy cows responsible for delicious butter and cheeses.

PLEASE note : the POOL will be heated from beg. of April to mid- November. Ask for exact dates! No pool outside those dates, it cannot be heated on request. Sorry! We are open year-round and you will like the area for its preserved countryside, nice walking paths, the beach at the Sille Lake, the quaint villages, markets... and also chateaux and museums! Gîte 4/6 personnes situé au cœur d'un bois, au château du Lattay à Andouillé,15 min Laval. Sur place, vous pourrez vous balader dans la forêt ou autour des parcs d'animaux. Vous êtes pécheur, il y a un accès rivière à proximité. jeux ; baby-foot, ping-pong, terrain de pétanque. Accès piscine possible de mai à septembre, (option payante) Le gîte est disponible uniquement du lundi au vendredi, le week-end nous sommes réservés pour des évènements .
