Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

- Apartamento a 50m de la playa situado en una parcela familiar rodeada de pinos, setos, grama y mucha maleza, esto hace un microclima natural. La casa es muy fresca en verano y dispone de ventilación, con magnifica terraza y muebles de teka. El acceso a la casa tiene una escalera de 10 peldaños, el cual no es recomendable para minusválidos. Dispone también de ducha en el exterior.

The loft is an airy space with lots of light, a private outside covered terrace with outdoor kitchen with 2 pit induction plate, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Inside you find a modern bathroom, a double bed downstairs (160x200cm) and upstairs there are two more beds (90x200cm) to have a comfy night. The Loft has climate control/air conditioning .
