Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The view of Mt Shasta can be enjoyed on the front porch while you sip your favorite drink! Enjoy the warmer months on the back patio that has a patio table and a beautiful and delicious apple tree! NOTE: the one bathroom for this unit is INSIDE of one of the bedrooms. Full bath with newly tiled shower, no tub The house is walking distance to everything in Dunsmuir, 2 blocks to the grocery store, 3 blocks to the brewery, a short walk to all the restaurants Dunsmuir has to offer. 20 min to Shasta ski resort, 15 min to downtown Shasta.

It’s possible that some construction noise could be heard Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.
