Welcome to the newly decorated Hotel California with Spacious upstairs open living, dining, & kitchen area perfect for entertaining guests or family functions. The kitchen is a culinary dream with spacious granite counter tops bar top seating and large dining room table. Large livingroom with 75" televison, fireplace and lots of seating. (2) bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a king bed. We also have an extra full size bed upon request. (2) full bathrooms exterior hot tub & pool.

The barn has no HVAC and no plumbing. **This rental includes THE TACK ROOM, an attached heated & cooled bedroom with mini fridge, microwave, streaming TV, WiFi, drinking water & coffee maker. **No indoor plumbing! Outdoor portable toilets & hand wash station on site.

The Tack Room kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker and complimentary coffee. Drinking water dispenser and hand washing sink with electric pump (cold water only). Central heating and air conditioning. The outdoor shower, pool & hot tub are within walking distance and are shared with other guests. Note: No indoor toilet! (Porta potty outside the space) This is a great glamping experience! LGBTQ+ friendly.
