The price is for 1 Queen room, if booking for more guests or u need 2 rooms, just add numbers above 2 , sp for example 3 guests and the 2nd Queen room becomes available @$50 per person per night. So savings as a couple or single guest.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
