While The LAKE FRAME doesn’t have its own pool, a short 3-5 minute walk takes you to a lakeside oasis featuring a brand-new pickleball court, a swimming pool, and a small clubhouse. The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. Stone Castle King Suite

Relax in our magnificent residence called, "Stone Castle." You will have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within our residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

The Nut House on Table Rock Emerald Beach Lakeview

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer, and an easy-to-light fire pit for winter (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this quiet street. Deer roam the neighborhood and on rare occasions you can spy fox and bald eagles.
