This place provides Comfortability, very spacious, private rooms, sitting where everyone can come together for meetings, No Parties over 15 people and Only the ppl that on list are allowed at this home.. No Big events allowed.. No Pool Parties and No outdoor activities that include outside guests.. There is a Park for your children that are on the guest list only...Patio space, barbecuing area and experience fun time with guests and family for those on the list.. No outsiders are included..

River getaway

Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Peacock in the Delta/ Mississippi Delta Cottage

WELCOME TO PEACOCK-A charming cottage set on a 1,700 acre bucolic farm in the middle of the Mississippi Delta. Private and secure. All guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (June 1-October 2), tennis court, horseback riding, walking trails. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream the game on one of the TV’s or just relax on the couch. The kitchen seats six and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot, microwave, & air fryer. No need for a laundromat, we’ve got you covered with a washer & dryer.
