The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Inside features include: CA King bed; living room w/ couch and oversized chair; large TV with soundbar; kitchenette with fridge, countertop oven, cooktops, & microwave; and bathroom with walk-in shower.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and hope to share with you our love of the outdoors and our beautiful place in the woods!
