The Cottage at Benedict Farms

The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

Guesthouse with a Game Room! 17 min to Silos!

This modern "Magnolia" style house is just the thing for a weekend away. A beautiful master suite with a tulip tub enables its guests to relax after a day of touring local sites and eateries. With two living spaces and a split floor plan, multiple families can easily enjoy a vacation together while still having privacy of their own. ***Game Room-Just outside the house through a breezeway is our Game room, complete with a Ping-Pong table, plenty of games and a collection of books.

We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.

The exquisitely decorated space includes two king size beds, a kitchenette and walk in tiled bathroom with luxury shower heads.
