Located in Missoula’s historic Westside district with breweries, coffee shops, parks, and the Clark Fork River within walking distance. Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

Modern Tiny House with Spectacular Views

Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Mission Mountain Country Cottage & Sauna

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Our cozy, clean one-bedroom house is perfect for a couple looking for a calm stay. Our place is a brand new build - private, clean, sunny. Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.
