Tucked away and secluded on almost an acre of land, you will enjoy a taste of quiet Alaskan solitude where you can sit out on the deck & watch the Northern Lights dance by. Come inside and you will be greeted with a warm fireplace where you can relax after a long day on the slopes or fishing on the lake. Our home features 4 spacious bedrooms and has upgrades throughout, and has been furnished beautifully.

Sleep comfy on the beds made up w/ nice linens in our prime location! Relax in a chair, sit by the fire, take a hot tub, sauna, catch a fish or just watch the sunset or the Northern Lights.

It offers the best of both worlds being located on the Parks Highway for easy access to all your day trips and a short 300' walk to the Little Susitna River in the backyard!

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Close to Wasilla Airport, Menard Sports Center and Parks Hwy, perfect for all the tournaments and shows at the Menard. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Located near Willow Lake, close to public access, and the official start of the Iditarod dog sled race. Marked trails for snow machines, cross country skiing, and dog sled teams. Kayaking and boating on Willow Lake with several fishing spots in the area. Deshka River, Willow Creek. Gas, food, medical, churches. A great spot year round!

Welcome to the Fireweed Guesthouse. Comfortable 2 1/2 bed, 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen, and a large front deck with the most amazing mountain views. Located at the end of the road, there is minimal traffic, it's a nice, peaceful cabin in the heart of Alaska! Fireweed Guesthouse is perfect for adults 21 years and older but IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND INFANTS.
