Wedmore village with 3 pubs, deli, Indian, cafe and shops is only 1.3 miles away. Cheddar Gorge/Mendip Hills are a short drive, Wells, Glastonbury, Bristol too. The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. The Wheelwrights Workshop

The Wheelwrights Workshop is located at the end of an old barn which has since been converted into this lovely self catering cottage that sleeps two. Please note currently we are offering this cottage at a reduced rate as outside the main door of the cottage there is another old barn which is yet to be converted and due to that there is a little clutter. Rest assured though once inside the cottage you will not notice it and the bedroom window has views of the Tor our only cottage that does.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.
