Sfeervolle woning in historisch centrum

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Amazing fully furnished 100 m² appartment for rent at the characteristic center of Maastricht. The location is great, only 7 minutes walking from the 'Vrijthof' and a 5 minute drive from the MECC, University, MUMC. In close vicinity there is everything you can wish for, a lovely park to walk, a supermarket, busstop and bars/restaurants. The appartment houses in a 1910 building full of charateristic and traditional elements and it is fully equiped, including AIRCONDITIONING!

Stijlvol 'boutique' appartement waar je kan genieten van een heerlijk verblijf in Maastricht. De ruime keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor veel leefbaarheid. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met beide een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers met douche. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Op zoek zijn naar een lichte sfeervolle ruimte met moderne architectuur met oog voor detail en toch verblijven in een pand van 1904? Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

Our residence is located in the heart of Maastricht, so you can reach the famous Vrijthof or the market within 5 minutes. In addition, you will also find the Bassin and the renovated Sphinxkwartier within walking distance. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Possibility for short-stay & long-stay residency.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Aan de hoge dijk

Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het gastenverblijf is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

As soon as you walk out your door you are in the middle of all kinds of nice stores, bars and restaurants. The apartment is great for exploring the city and its surroundings. It is the perfect place to stay if you are busy all day and need a clean and quiet space to freshen up.

Guesthouse De Roej Poort, a recently renovated farm in a quiet location, lies at 10 minutes cycling distance from the center of Maastricht. The house has 2 large bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living room and an outdoor patio for those enjoyable summer nights. You can park in front of the house and make use of our bikes for free.
