You’ll love the peace and quiet offered by the private 10 acre lake and surrounding 40 wooded acres. Located at the end of a half-mile driveway, excellent fishing and recreational activities await. Fiber optic internet keeps you in touch and two large screen TV's provide evening entertainment. Four bedrooms, three queen beds plus additional options for up to 9 guests.

The Royal Bungalow is a charming family friendly experience; good clean cottage a few steps from an all sports lake, park with softball, basketball, pickleball, playground and 2 pavilions. Swim beach is just a 2 min walk with volleyball and playground. Outside fun W/huge entertainment patio. High speed wifi, corn hole, paddle boards, & in/outdoor pools for any weather. 3 great golf courses top this great vacation community!

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Perfect location to getaway and enjoy quiet up north feel on Lake Mecosta. One hour from Grand Rapids and Lansing. Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, fishing on the lake. It is walking distance to the clubhouse at St Ives Golf Course. Minutes from downtown that has great restaurants near Canadian Lakes. Public boat launch or our pontoon boat is available for an extra fee. Cabin is updated with additional space in 2026 with new master bedroom and screened in porch!
