Originally constructed in 1861, the historic B.F. Dowell house has been beautifully revived. Situated within walking distance of downtown, the home provides guests with easy access to the towns charming cultural fixtures as well as a variety of quaint stores. The market across the street may help guests utilize the homes large, well-equipped kitchen. Full baths adjoin each bedroom, an additional bathroom adjoins a laundry room. The homes porch opens to a patio that accompanies a spacious lawn.

Our land supports evergreens, gardens, ranch critters (chicken, dogs), a shallow pond, hilly hikes to BLM trails, peaceful places to hang out. We welcome Canine Companions ($30/week fee) & Kids.

Awestruck is not nearly enough to describe what you feel when you see our 1905 Colonial revival home. We have worked tirelessly to restore this home to its original charm. The main rental unit is a private restored two bedroom Carriage house that is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan. We are less than 1 mile from town but still enjoy watching deer families and wild turkeys cross our property. It truly is a home away from home and a clean comfortable place to relax in.

This stand alone one bedroom tiny home provides all of the amenities of a home, on the Applegate River only 10 min from historic downtown Grants Pass and 5 minutes from the Applegate wine trail. It is about a 5-7 min walk downhill with a stairwell to a secluded private beach oasis. Soak in the natural forest landscape. Engage your senses in forest bathing from the evergreens to the beach or from the hot tub gazing at the stars. About a 10 minute walk back up to the home.

Nice little shady deck with rocking chairs. Very quiet and safe little neighborhood. Great location. Eight minutes to downtown Ashland and 15 minutes to downtown Medford. Comfortable little Studio. Great for one or two busy guest. If bringing an animal please lmk beforehand of what kind and size. Im allowing one well behaved animal. Must not be left behind and clean up is a must. Located in the heart of quaint Jacksonville, the Ivy Cottage is a cozy getaway. Just blocks from the main street and a short walk to Britt Music Festival makes this the perfect location for all visitors of the area. The Ivy Cottage was built in 1925 and was newly refurbished with love in 2018. Offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a memory foam sleeper sofa, can sleep up to 6 guest.
