Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. We're happy to help answer questions :) This property is in the core of historic Jacksonville, very conveniently located close to quaint shops and restaurants. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.

Numerous restaurants, hiking trails and wineries are nearby allowing an eventful trip to the beautiful Southern Oregon.

Huge grassy common area! Big 4k TVs. House is a large 3 bedroom in a nice neighborhood. Must be respectful of neighbors. No dogs left outside barking. There is an HOA at this house and disruptive behaviors are reported and fined. Guest pays all assessed fines! No outside music, no fireworks. This is a beautiful family oriented neighborhood backing up to a Huge common grassy area. There isn't any playground equipment but perfect for Frisbee, soccer, etc. Please treat it respectfully

Welcome to our nearly 100 year old craftsman style home. This apartment is tucked away in the private upper floor with it's own entrance. It features one bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a pull out bed, kitchenette and newly updated bathroom. The original hardwood floors, historic wavy glass windows, and warm wood trim made us fall for this house when we became first time homeowners last year, and we're excited to share our unique and special little piece of history with you.
