This is a great value no frills, very cozy yet spacious apartment.It faces south so gets great light in the daytime. It is close to shopping and grocery stores and other amenities. The friendly resident manager is very helpful should you need anything through out your stay. We have just installed new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a new queen size bed in the master bedroom. Come stay in this comfy pet friendly unit.

This is a renovated NONSMOKING unit in a smoking building. The building is older, but clean. Free parking is available upon request.

NONSMOKERS note, this unit is in a former smoking building and also Airbnb guests frequently cheat and smoke, there may be a smoke smell.
