Smještaj je u seoskom okruženju s 3 restorana, no zbog blizine ceste i dobre povezanosti s Rovinjom, Porečom i Vrsarom može doći do buke od automobila za vrijeme boravka u dvorištu.

Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
