Large private car park to the rear of the block and Superfast Wi-Fi. We are happy to accept well behaved pets at this property for a fee of £5 per pet per night. This charming one bedroom first floor apartment is located above our garage which is adjacent to but detached from our house. Set within 20 acres of private land, it is a very peaceful and unique spot with beautiful panoramic views over the Thames Estuary. The flat itself is clean and comfortable with its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and an open plan living/dining area. There is parking available for one car on our driveway which is secured by electric gates.
