White River Haven, mountain paradise on the river

The amazing White River, full of trophy trout, runs through our yard. We also have national forests, state parks, hiking trails, OHV, snowmobile & horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes- all nearby. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

Bar 7 Bunk House - perfect for OHV travelers!

Located on a working cattle ranch five miles outside of Meeker, Colorado, the Bar 7 Bunk House is a stand-alone studio offering a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, outdoor grill, one full bathroom, a snack bar, small living room with satellite television, wifi, one double bed and on site laundry facilities. The Bunk House comes stocked with linens and towels. We have ample parking for your OHV trailers and are located on an OHV friendly road - allowing you to leave directly from our property!

Meeker's location in one of the most remote areas of Colorado makes it a perfect home base for heading to the surrounding public lands including the Flat Tops Wilderness and White River. It’s also a destination for the Sheepdog Trials and Mustang Makeover.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

Located just steps to the White River and a large private community open space, with swing set, bbq grill and picnic tables. You’ll also be walking distance to several restaurants, parks, and shopping. This two-story condo is located on the second floor. The open kitchen features granite counters and an eat-in island. You’ll also have access to a private laundromat facility onsite.

Rustic Upstairs 2 Bedroom Apartment

Enjoy traditional Colorado living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with an external entrance and all the amenities of a spacious, basic hotel suite a couple miles outside of Meeker. Family friendly, although the stairs are very steep and not recommended for everyone. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. Feel free to wander the hillside directly behind the home.

White River Casita at Trail and Hitch

White River Casita is a park model tiny home. It has one queen bedroom on main level in a bedroom, one queen bed in loft accessible by stairs, one queen fold out couch and additional sleeping space in loft for sleeping bags. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas range w/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Dishes, silverware & pans provided.
