Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το μπάνιο, το καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και σκιασμένη βεράντα.

Serifos Breeze

Traditional Cycladic residence with modern aesthetics and sea view from the roof. The time when the sun sets is ideal for relaxing on the roof. The house is located in the quiet and picturesque village of Panagia. The village is located in the center of Serifos and is built amphitheatrically on a hill. The church of Panagia is the oldest and most important church of Serifos. Serifos maintains several hiking trails, one of them starts from Panagia towards the beach of Sykamia.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Ένας χώρος προσεγμένος, φωτεινός που θα αποτελέσει το σημείο αναφοράς σας για τις επόμενες μέρες.

Located in Kato Chora of Serifos, this renovated island house opened it's doors in July 2022 for welcoming Guests who are looking for calm and relaxing holidays. Ιts special location makes it suitable for walking in Chora and the Castle from where you will enjoy the view to the Aegean. The walk in the alleys of Chora with the gift shops, tavernas, cozy bars and tsipouro restaurants will become a lifetime memory.

Egremnos Luxury House

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Hi all! We are two friends, Manolis & Evelina, who have worked together to create a calm space for visitors. We just finished renovations in Aug 2023! We hope you can kick back and relax in our calm stylish studio :) PS If you are looking for a bigger space DM us; we have our villa right above as well PS2 Manolis is the lucky one to spend the summers in the island, so he will have the best advice!

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
