Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Just minutes from the Dayton Boat dock and centrally located to all the adventure surrounding Lake Chickamauga, Chattanooga and the surrounding area. This home offers 3 beds and 3 baths, modern conveniences with a retro, mid-century modern touch. Downstairs offers a media room with plenty of seating, a full bath, games and two additional twin beds for guests. Note that the 2 twins are in a common area downstairs. Driveway long enough to park most boat trailers and trucks or several vehicles.
