Towels & bed linens are provided. The Couch folds into a bed (5'10" max height). We have a Fire Pit, BBQ, & a Horseshoe Pit. Take it easy at our tranquil getaway. Here on the ranch you can listen to the birds and breeze. Stare at the abundance of stars at night and enjoy the path lighted by the bright moon. Trails for hiking, biking and walking are in every direction just minutes away. The lake is around the corner 1.5 miles away. The trail of tears Cherokee Removal Memorial park and Blyth Ferry are just 3 miles away. We have small fishing boats, kayaks and a canoe for daily/weekly rental on site. There is a pet fee.

Sleeps 4 with a queen bed, a double bed, and a table bed the can sleep 2 small children. Hot and cold water, electric service with gas cooking, inside toilet, HVAC, TV with DVD player, games including horseshoes, fire-pit (with firewood provided), Weber charcoal grill. Outdoor space for your friends to pitch a tent or even bring another camper. Fireflies are here!

McCook Meadows Equestrian Escape

Enjoy a glamping experience on this 35 foot A class RV, equipped with a full kitchen, bath and even a washer and dryer. It is parked on a 90 acre lively, working horse farm. Wake up, pour yourself a cup of coffee and watch the fog roll out and the horse roam in the fields. Stroll the property and visit the many animals, sit by the pond or hike back to either the Peavine creek or the Chickamauga Creek. You can even coordinate with the cohost, Brit, to arrange for a trail ride!

School bus conversion on peaceful homestead

Come recharge in our rustic converted school bus on our small homestead. Experience “off the grid” with limited cell service and composting toilet! We raise sheep, pigs, and chickens on our regenerative farm. A short drive to Etowah. We are tucked away down a long gravel driveway. There is a composting toilet inside and outdoor shower. The bus has a mini fridge and toaster oven. Folks over 6 feet tall will have to duck. Oven temporarily out of order. Very warm in summer!

TeePee Village beneath Bean Mountain & Cherokee National Forest Benton Tn. Between Ocoee (Whitewater Rafting) & Hiwassee (Trophy Trout) Rivers. OCOEE River the site 1996 Olympic Kayaking, Whitewater rafting Hiwassee river is a lot milder family friendly to float on their own tubing canoeing and rafting. The Appalachian hiking to Benton Falls swimming at Lake McKamy or Parksville Lake scenic overlooks. This is National Forest. WIld ANIMALS in the area, but hardly seen.

Come get cozy in our super spacious, 2019 Cyclone fifth wheel. We have parked the RV in an easily accessible spot on our 100+ acre farm were the sun rises in front and sets in the back. Comfortable during all four seasons thanks to superior air handling & insulation. Master has King memory foam bed & tons of storage. Master bath has extra large shower. Dine indoors or out or make Smores in the fire pit! Local TV channels on all 3 TVs.
