Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest house. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. Close to downtown Melbourne and the beaches and approximately an hour to Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral, this cottage faces the Indian River Lagoon where dolphins cruise, schools of fish swim, and birds hang out. Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included.
